By accessing MasarDubai.ae or creating a candidate account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Our Service
MasarDubai.ae is a job portal that lists job vacancies in the United Arab Emirates and allows candidates to register, submit their CV and certificates, and access recommended vacancies through a candidate dashboard.
3. Candidate Account
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
- One account is permitted per candidate.
- We may suspend or deactivate accounts that contain false information or misuse the service.
4. Registration Fee
- Candidate access is provided through a single 3-Month Plan priced at AED 99, valid for 90 days from the date of payment.
- Your dashboard shows the days remaining. When the plan expires, access to candidate services stops until the plan is renewed. Renewing before expiry extends your current expiry date by 90 days.
- Payment is made securely online by card through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available). Your plan is activated after Stripe confirms the payment.
- The plan fee is non-refundable, except in the case of a duplicate or erroneous charge, which will be reviewed on request.
- Card payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. MasarDubai does not store your card details.
5. CV & Certificate Submission
Documents you upload are validated and emailed directly to the designated MasarDubai HR / company email address. They are not retained as permanent files on the website server. You confirm that all documents you submit are genuine and belong to you.
6. Job Vacancies
We review vacancies before publishing, but employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job details. Registration on MasarDubai.ae does not guarantee employment; all hiring decisions are made by the employers.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, upload harmful files, attempt to access other accounts, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, MasarDubai.ae is not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of the website, from employer decisions, or from temporary unavailability of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
